Sterling had 668 residents at the 2020 census. It sits at the junction of State Highway 17 and the northern end of Highway 65, surrounded by farm and ranch country. Much of what we see here is older farm and ranch housing, often on county roads, with outbuildings, private wells, and long utility runs.
We do not have a Sterling office. Crews come from the Lawton satellite at 1511 W Gore Blvd, Suite 8, Lawton or Elgin headquarters at 302 Commercial Loop, Suite 4, Elgin, whichever is closer to the job. Call (580) 574-2383. See the Lawton hub.
On rural properties the source can be a well line, a pressure tank, or a roof leak after a storm. We find and stop it, extract, map moisture, and dry by readings. If county roads are rough after a storm, we tell you plainly how that affects arrival and what to do in the meantime.
Rural fires bring more firefighting water, more outbuildings, and more stored equipment. We board up, sort contents, clean soot, treat odor, and document it all for the claim.
Farmhouse crawlspaces and attics are the usual mold spots. We fix the moisture source, contain, remove, and dry.
Open country means wind and hail hit roofs and outbuildings hard. We tarp, dry, document, and handle the rebuild on the same file.
We also work Fletcher, Elgin, Central High, and Lawton.
