Privacy Policy
The short version
- We do not sell your personal information. We never have.
- We never share your phone number or text-message consent with anyone for marketing. Not with affiliates, not with lead buyers, not with anyone.
- We collect what we need to answer your call, quote your job, perform the work, bill your insurance, and stand behind the result.
- Calls to and from our office may be recorded for quality and training. Our website uses cookies for analytics and advertising.
- You can ask us what we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it — regardless of what state you live in. Email j.thoma@driright.com or call (580) 574-2383.

1. Who we are and what this covers
Dri Right Restoration of Oklahoma is a water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, storm damage, contents restoration, and reconstruction contractor serving Elgin, Lawton, Duncan, Chickasha, Oklahoma City, and the surrounding communities of Southwest and Central Oklahoma. Dri Right is a brand of Precision R&C Group, LLC, which is the entity responsible for the personal information described here (the "controller" or "business," in the language of privacy statutes).
This policy covers:
- Our website at driright.com and all of its pages and subdomains, including landing pages we host at link.driright.com;
- Web forms we host or embed, including forms served from our customer-management platform at api.precisionrc.com;
- Phone calls, voicemails, and text messages to and from our published business numbers and any tracking numbers we advertise;
- Email and messages sent through our Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages;
- Information we collect in person while inspecting, mitigating, remediating, or rebuilding a property; and
- Estimates, work authorizations, contracts, invoices, and payment records connected to a job.
This policy does not cover the independent privacy practices of your insurance carrier, your adjuster, a third-party administrator, or any other company you deal with directly.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and identity information: name, phone number, email address, service address, mailing address, and the best way and time to reach you.
- Property and loss information: property type, ownership or tenancy, what happened, when it happened, the affected rooms and materials, prior loss history at the property, and access instructions (gate codes, lockbox codes, pet or alarm notes).
- Photographs, video, and moisture data of the property and its contents, including thermal images, moisture-meter readings, atmospheric readings, and equipment logs, gathered as documentation of the loss and of our work.
- Insurance and claim information, described separately in Section 3.
- Payment information: billing name and address, deductible and payment arrangements, check or ACH details, and card information. Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Anything else you choose to send us in a form, an email, a text message, a voicemail, a review, or a message on social media.
Information collected automatically when you use our website
- IP address, approximate location derived from it (city/region level), browser type and version, operating system and device type, and screen size.
- Pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, referring URL, exit pages, and the search terms or ad that brought you to us.
- Clicks on phone numbers, form submissions, and other conversion events.
- Cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies, described in Section 7.
Information we receive from others
- Insurance carriers, adjusters, third-party administrators, and claim assignment networks that refer a loss to us.
- Property managers, landlords, real estate agents, plumbers, roofers, and other trade partners who refer you or coordinate work with us.
- Advertising and listing platforms — Google (including Local Services Ads and Google Ads), Meta, Yelp, HomeAdvisor/Angi, the Better Business Bureau, and similar services — when you submit a request through them.
- Public records and property data sources used to confirm an address, ownership, or parcel details.
3. Insurance and claim information
Most of our work is paid through a property insurance claim, which means we routinely handle claim-related information: your carrier name, policy number, claim number, adjuster's name and contact information, coverage and deductible amounts, scope of loss, estimates, supplements, payment status, and correspondence about the claim. We may also hold a direction-to-pay or assignment of benefits you have signed.
We use this information for one purpose: to document, estimate, perform, justify, and get paid for the restoration work on your property. We share it with your carrier, adjuster, and any third-party administrator or program manager assigned to your claim, and with our estimating and documentation platforms, so that your claim can be processed.
We do not sell, rent, or trade claim information, and we do not use your claim information to market unrelated products or services to you. We do not share it with anyone outside the claim except as described in Section 8 (for example, our subcontractors on your job, or where the law requires it).
Dri Right is not a HIPAA-covered entity. If a loss involves health-related information — for example, an occupant's sensitivity or a physician's letter supporting remediation — we treat that information as confidential, use it only for the job, and limit access to the personnel who need it.
4. How we use information
| We use it to… | Examples |
|---|---|
| Respond to you | Return your call or form, dispatch an emergency crew, answer a question, schedule an inspection |
| Estimate and perform the work | Write the scope, order equipment and materials, coordinate crews and subcontractors, document drying and remediation |
| Process the claim and get paid | Send estimates and supplements to your carrier, issue invoices, process payments, collect balances |
| Communicate during the job | Arrival windows, equipment checks, change orders, completion and warranty follow-up |
| Stand behind our work | Warranty claims, complaint resolution, defense of a dispute, insurance and licensing requirements |
| Improve and market our services | Website analytics, ad measurement, review requests, service reminders and offers you have consented to receive |
| Meet legal obligations | Tax and accounting records, licensing and permitting, lien and contract requirements, responses to lawful requests |
| Protect people and property | Preventing fraud, securing our systems, protecting the safety of our crews and your property |
Where we rely on your consent — for marketing text messages, for example — you can withdraw it at any time, and doing so will not affect the service we provide on an active job.
Before we use a photograph of your property or a quote from you in marketing, we ask for your permission, and we do not identify your address in marketing materials without it.
5. Text messaging (SMS) and your consent
We use text messaging to run a restoration business: arrival notifications, scheduling, equipment checks, documentation requests, estimate and invoice links, and — only if you ask for them — occasional service reminders and offers.
How you opt in
You provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from Dri Right by checking the consent box on one of our web forms, by signing a work authorization or contract that includes an SMS consent provision, by texting us first, or by otherwise giving us written permission. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile number and SMS consent are shared only with the messaging service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only for the purpose of delivering them.
Program terms
- Program: Dri Right Restoration customer service, scheduling, and job-update messages, plus optional promotional messages.
- Message frequency: varies by job and by message type. Transactional messages are sent as events occur during your job; promotional messages, if you have opted in, are sent no more than approximately 4 per month.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
- Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will receive no further text messages from that program. You may also opt out by emailing j.thoma@driright.com or calling (580) 574-2383.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at j.thoma@driright.com or (580) 574-2383.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's transmission conditions.
- Records: We retain records of your opt-in and any opt-out request as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable telemarketing law.
If you opt out of promotional messages, we may still contact you by phone, email, or mail about an active job, a warranty issue, or a payment matter, as permitted by law.
6. Phone calls, call tracking, and recording
Calls to and from Dri Right may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, dispatch accuracy, and to keep an accurate record of what was agreed during a loss. Oklahoma is a one-party-consent state; we disclose recording here, and in a recorded greeting where applicable, because we think you should know. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell the person on the call and we will document the conversation in writing instead.
We also advertise tracking phone numbers that forward to our office. When you call one, our call platform records the number you dialed, your caller ID, the date, time, and length of the call, the advertisement or web page the number was assigned to, and whether the call was answered. We use this to understand which ads and pages actually produce emergency calls. Recordings and call records are stored by our telephony and CRM providers under contract, and are not sold or used for any purpose other than those described here.
7. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our website and landing pages use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. They fall into three groups:
- Essential: required to load pages, submit forms, prevent spam, and keep the site secure. These cannot be turned off through our site.
- Analytics: Google Analytics and similar tools that tell us how many people visited, which pages they read, and where they came from. We use IP anonymization where the tool supports it.
- Advertising: Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixels. These let us measure which ads produce calls and forms, and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. They may set cookies or identifiers that these platforms can associate with their own users.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can limit ad personalization directly at Google My Ad Center, in your Meta ad preferences, and through the industry opt-outs at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of our site function.
Global Privacy Control: our website honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, where that signal is transmitted by your browser or extension. Because a GPC signal is browser- and device-specific, it applies to that browser only.
8. When we share information
We share personal information only with the following categories of recipients, and only for the purposes listed:
- Employees and technicians who need it to perform your job.
- Subcontractors and trade partners — plumbers, electricians, HVAC, flooring, drywall, contents cleaning, hauling — assigned to your project. They receive only what the work requires and are bound by contract to protect it.
- Insurance carriers, adjusters, third-party administrators, and program managers connected to your claim.
- Service providers that run our operations under contract: customer-management and estimating software, documentation and moisture-logging platforms, telephony and messaging providers, email and calendar providers, cloud storage and backup, accounting and payroll, payment processors, and website hosting and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising and measurement platforms as described in Section 7 — and never including SMS opt-in data or consent.
- Professional advisors — attorneys, accountants, and insurers — where reasonably necessary.
- Government agencies and other parties where we are required by law, subpoena, court order, or lawful request, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, enforce a contract, record a lien, or protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. Any successor remains bound by the commitments in this policy for information received in that transaction.
9. We do not sell your personal information
Dri Right does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We have not sold or rented customer lists, lead data, phone numbers, or claim information in the past twelve months, and we have no plans to.
Some state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough to include the use of advertising and analytics cookies that transmit identifiers to platforms like Google or Meta. We disclose that use plainly in Section 7, we honor the Global Privacy Control signal, and you may opt out at any time by contacting us at j.thoma@driright.com. We also do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under applicable law.
10. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we have a business or legal reason to:
| Type of record | Typical retention |
|---|---|
| Completed job files — estimates, photos, moisture logs, contracts, correspondence | At least 7 years after completion, to support warranty, insurance, and legal obligations |
| Invoices, payments, and accounting records | 7 years, per tax and accounting requirements |
| SMS opt-in and opt-out records | At least 4 years after the consent ends |
| Call recordings | Up to 12 months, unless attached to a job file or a dispute |
| Inquiries that did not become a job | Up to 24 months, then deleted or de-identified |
| Website analytics data | Up to 14 months at the event level |
| Do-not-contact and suppression records | Indefinitely, so we can keep honoring your request |
When a retention period ends, we delete the information or de-identify it so that it can no longer be linked to you.
11. How we protect information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business and the sensitivity of the information we hold. These include encryption of our website in transit (HTTPS), access controls and unique logins for company systems, multi-factor authentication on our primary business accounts, role-based limits so that staff see only what their job requires, vendor agreements that require confidentiality, secured storage of paper documents at our office, and routine backups.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send government ID numbers, full card numbers, or bank credentials through a web form, an email, or a text message. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by Oklahoma's Security Breach Notification Act and any other applicable law.
12. Your privacy rights and how to use them
Some of these rights are guaranteed by state law depending on where you live. As a matter of policy, Dri Right extends all of them to every customer and website visitor, regardless of state. You may ask us to:
- Know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, where we got them, why we have them, and who we have disclosed them to;
- Access a copy of that information, in a portable format where feasible;
- Correct information that is inaccurate;
- Delete information we no longer need to keep;
- Opt out of marketing email, marketing texts, targeted advertising, and any sharing that a state law treats as a sale;
- Limit the use of sensitive information; and
- Be free from retaliation — we will never refuse service, charge you more, or give you a lower level of service for exercising a privacy right.
How to submit a request
Email j.thoma@driright.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or call (580) 574-2383, or write to us at the address in Section 17. Tell us what you would like us to do and give us enough information to find your records — typically the name, phone number, email address, and service address associated with the job.
Verification. To protect you, we confirm your identity before acting on a request, usually by matching the details you provide against our records and by contacting you at a phone number or email address we already have on file. We do not require you to create an account. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written, signed permission, and we may still contact you to confirm it.
Timing. We acknowledge requests promptly and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you within that period and may extend once by an additional 45 days. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
If we say no. We will tell you why in writing. If you disagree, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing j.thoma@driright.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will review and respond to an appeal within 60 days. If we deny the appeal, we will give you a way to contact the Oklahoma Attorney General or the attorney general of your state.
What we may have to keep. We may decline a deletion request, in whole or in part, where we still need the information to complete work you requested, to comply with a legal obligation such as tax or licensing recordkeeping, to preserve records connected to an insurance claim or a legal dispute, to honor a warranty, or to maintain a suppression record so that we keep honoring your opt-out. We will tell you what we kept and why.
13. State-specific disclosures
Oklahoma
The Oklahoma Consumer Data Privacy Act (SB 546), signed in March 2026, takes effect January 1, 2027 and applies to businesses meeting statutory volume thresholds. Dri Right does not currently meet those thresholds. We have nonetheless built this policy and our request process to the standard the Act sets — notice of categories, purposes, and recipients; rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability; and an opt-out of targeted advertising and sale — and we will continue to honor requests from Oklahoma residents whether or not the Act formally applies to us.
California
If you are a California resident, you may exercise the rights described in Section 12, including the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for doing so. Our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism is the request process in Section 12 plus our honoring of the Global Privacy Control signal described in Section 7. As stated in Section 9, we do not sell personal information. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Other states
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise the same rights through the same process, including the appeal described in Section 12.
Outside the United States
Our services are offered only in Oklahoma and our website is directed to residents of the United States. Information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. If you access our site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed here.
14. Children's privacy
Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Children are often present at properties we work on; we do not collect information about them beyond what may incidentally appear in job documentation. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact j.thoma@driright.com and we will delete it.
15. Third-party sites and services
Our site links to third parties — Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, the Better Business Bureau, review platforms, and payment pages. Once you leave our site, this policy no longer governs; the destination's own privacy policy does. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, technology, or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and increment the version number. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold about you, we will provide additional notice — by email, text (if you have consented), or a notice on our website — before the change takes effect. Prior versions are available on request.
